I did a quick Google Search on "teradata parcel" and got several hits from the Teradata tools forum. Perhaps that might be a better place to find help in debugging your database problem.
Specifically look at errors-26xx.
Update:
So I looked through the table of errors.
Teradata error 2658 Data type conversion is not supported in Fast Load.
("Create" pressed before mind fully engaged. It's still BC (Before Coffee) today....
Update 2 (much later) -- corrected typo (I said it was BC.)
Update 3 (much*much later) and introduced another typo. Fixed. Sigh.
