This error on trying to CPAN install Padre on Win7, all most recent versions downloaded today. Below error list is re-typed from reading the window.

Yes, I know about DWIM, but not going to make the switch just for this one package on this one machine, however well that might work. It would leave me with the nuisance of having one PC out of a dozen having a different path to Perl. If anyone has advice on how to get by this with Strawberry, I'd be glad to read it.
