Wx has had three releases since then. In the past 1.5 years...looks unmaintained

Who do you think released those versions of Wx?

Its the same one guy you know :)

Whether it looks "unmaintained" or not, doesn't negate its usefullness

Perl 5.16 is no longer officially supported by P5P.

Except that it is officially supported (: not "officially" :) perlpolicy To the best of our ability, we will provide "critical" security patches / releases for any major version of Perl whose 5.x.0 release was within the past three years. Its everything you could expect or want from a maintenance release :)
