I was considering log scale but it wouldn't pay of here.

We have 3 classes if level, #1 which collects ~80% of all registrations including spam.

Up to level 5 showing a logarithmic decline.

And then a fare flatter alternating curve with values which are indistinguishable from each other.

Log scale is harder to grasp and wouldn't show much here.
