You missed the point. When I tip, I like to know that the person or persons I've felt worthy of that tip, would be the receiver(s) of (all of) it; not some small part of it as decided by some intermediary.

When I take the bother to vote on someone's post; I'd like to know they're going to benefit from that; not have some intermediary -- much less some half-arsed, pseudo-statistical piece of shit'n'shinola code -- make that determination.

With the greatest of respect; take the "XP" and...and...and...flush it!

Everyone agrees -- at least, say they agree -- that XP is pointless & meaningless; so if we're going to accumulate some statistic; why not let it be one that reflects something vaguely real?
