This site is for helping people learn perl, and with problems they've encountered in their code. You (now using multiple accounts, tt08, and posting anonymously) had cut and paste a challenge from a other website, made zero effort and are now trying to goad/game people into improving the code other people have already provided you with. This isn't a challenge for anyone. There's nothing to be "won". Clearly you have a motive for wanting this task completed without actually doing the work yourself.

Update: For context tt08 was trying aiming to participate in a golfing challenge where there was a financial prize, without any perl experience, with crowd sourced entries.
