I think exactly the opposite is true. While you complain that it's not fair that you're younger (my kids use this on me all the time, and I tell them that that will be remedied in time when they're adults and I'm dead) and that the constituency of PM is lower so it takes more time to rise in the ranks.

Instead of "millenializing" this issue and expecting the site to bend to your childish wants, start/continue contributing to the site. Do the best you can possibly do to add as much value as possible, then the votes will come. Yes it's true that the fewer site visitors will result in fewer votes overall, but to discount the past time and effort that poured into this site which gave it it's vast wealth of knowledge (and asking those monks to 'step down') is the definition of the problems with the millennial generation. Don't ask for it on a platter, earn the damn title, and if it takes you longer, then it will be all that much sweeter a prize.

I'm a generation X'er so I witnessed the growth and standardization of the internet and a lot of the technology we use daily now, and I appreciate all of it, because dammit, when I was 7, *I* was the remote control for my parents, and I'm proud of that because it's part of who I am today.
