cpanm is part of App::cpanminus has multiple ways to install, including as a fatpacked script. At a glance Test::More, part of Test::Simple does not require Test::Harness, and lists only core modules as dependencies. Perhaps actually showing the full output including the command which generates the error will help people to track down the problem. How do I post a question effectively?.
