Translates an English string into Al Bhed, a language from Final Fantasy X. I don't know if anyone would consider this a real language (or else I'd write Lingua:AlBhed :), cause it's really only a basic cipher. This doesn't take into account proper nouns that shouldn't be translated, like "magic" or "aeons", but it'll get you started.
