Aside from putting the entire thing in one big blob field, what you would do is something like:

for(@ar1){
$values=join ', ',(map {$_="'$_'"},@$_);
chop $values;
$dbh->do("INSERT INTO `tabe` (foo,bar,set,baz) VALUES $values");
}

basically it loops through the top array, grabs all the values inthat array, adds them into a new row, then goes to the next toplevle array..
