Due respect noted. IMHO, your statement is wrong. You can have any combination of the three factors. You can also have many shades of grey, such as code that is 90% clean and 80% useful which may be chosen over code that is 95% clean and 60% useful.
I couldn't imagine a more inaccurate statement. How someone gets to this level of ignorance and still feels it necessary to speak their mind is beyond me. You already stated you're not a programmer, why are you still posting? If you don't even consider yourself a programmer why do you feel qualified to say it's impossible to write clean, fast, useful code?
