Take some time to consider his message. Is it clear and does it provide you with enough detail that you can actually understand his intent and provide him with guidance?

If not, Go ahead and check out The English Language and then come back and give this another shot.

The poster's questions are obvious. If you don't want to help him, don't. Just don't pretend that you're not helping him because of minor errors.
