You can't push this to an array like that... You're trying to push:

-valign=>>"TOP"
-BGCOLOR=>"silver"
-style=>"font-family: verdana; font-size: 10pt;"

as elements to an array.

Ideally, push the value to the array and then do the CGI stuff when you print it.
