How to install modules when you don't have access to CPAN
#cp /mnt/cdrom/Finance-Loan-0.03.tar.gz .
#tar -xvzf Finance-Loan-0.03.tar.gz
#cd Finance-Loan-0.03
#perl Makefile.PL
#make
#make test
#sudo make install

Update:D'oh! Added perl Makefile.PL per naChoZ suggestion. Must... have... more ... coffee.... :)
