It is one of the features of society that words are often used in place of actions.

In our case, if you refuse to believe my assessment that LiveJournal support are a bunch of good-willed people that would do much to help people, then I don't see the point of this discussion. After all, you asked for an example of such a site. (Or were you just stating a prejudice that there cannot be one?)
