I had trouble finding it too. It's classified under "Computer" rather than "Programming". It's also labelled "Comprehensive Perl Archive Network" rather than CPAN.

Do not rebuke them with harsh words ... but rather lead them gently - with URLs - so that they may learn wisdom.
