I host both of my websites at hcoop.net... you pay about 2.00 per month. MySQL, Postgres, Perl. Very flexible admins. You can chat at the hcoop IRC channel on freenode.

A guestbook would be trivial.

My websites run on mod_perl and HTML::Mason. Something of a hypocrisy for the author HTML::Seamstress, but maybe that will change someday
