I am pretty new to this community. Nevertheless I'd like to ask the wise guys: What are your thoughts about extending the Writeup Formatting Tips with, i.e.

Background is, that I always mix up the formatting rules writing comments at this site.

and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post, it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":


  • Posts are HTML formatted. Put <p> </p> tags around your paragraphs. Put <code> </code> tags around your code and data!
