I don't think it would be necessary to have volunteers to evaluate the solutions, any more than we have volunteers now to evaluate golf entries or anything else.

Whether puzzles would be submitted frequently enough is a harder question. You may be right that there may not be enough of them to warrant a separate section, which argues in favor of tye's consolidation idea.
