A trick i learned a looong time ago is to open the reply in a new tab. That way, before i submit my reply, i can switch back to the original tab, press the Chatterbox "talk" button and not only ensure that i am quoting properly (etc.), but also ensure that i am not repeating what some quick draw monk has already posted.
