folks,

this is a problem not related to perl, but i believe you could throw me a light on this issue.

i am a regular user of firefox, now i am posing a problem from my client which urges me to find out such feature in Internet Explorer.

The problem is,

The "View Frame Source" gets me a web page with <TR> and <TD> tags for table, but for the same website when I tried to extract the web page, I got the table with <SPAN> tags.

Firefox generates the table based on its "structure", while IE generates the table based on its "decoration".

Though both the table generates the same output, I would prefer the table with <TR> and <TD> tags.

Now, please advise me how to generate the structure based table tags (<TR> and <TD> tags) using IE (to convince my clients)

Thanks in advance,
ssk
