For all your posturing about good logic, there is something glaring in your post that belies your boasting:
I admit there is one thing I have neglected. The only fault in this argument is minor and disappearing more every day
Set up the opposition's argument, and knock it down. It was so easy to knock down, wasn't it? But it's not actually a good representation of the fault in your position. Thus what you have so easily knocked down is actually a straw man. It makes you feel like you've taken care of the opposing case, and looks like that upon casual inspection, but in reality it is a pointless rebuttal indeed. Nice try, pal.
