IMO one should distinguish between annulling the action of firing someone, and rehiring him.

OTOH I agree that any threats uttered by that person are a reason for preventing this annullation. (ETOOMANYNEGATIVES? Well I hope my intention is still clear...) No disrespect intended to that person.
