Dear Monks, I have a program that does some things with LWP and Facebook etc. I have written POD for it and want to release it to the public. Can I release a program on CPAN or does it have to be a module? If so, how do I submit it to CPAN? Also, what are some ways I can release this program I have? Thanks ;0
