Take whatever you like, as ugly as WebAPP code may look (and yes, several portions of this code are VERY ugly!), it does things, better and MUCH faster and safer then any of the above mentioned PHP CMS solutions.

If you thought that WebAPP has offered itself as a candidate to Miss Universe contest you missed the entire point.

"html manipulations" via regexps? "lots of"? I haven't got a clue what you mean to, we have UBB modules which can be turn on and off directly from the control panel. We also have cache and system restore routines. Does any of the above PHP CMS have these? I doubt it... they are in the contest of Miss Universe.
