Yes, I've read your post, which is why I provided you with an answer. Why not simply use one of the many web based irc clients which show up as a result of the search I provided to connect to #perl?
This isn't really a perl question anyway, since the crux of your problem is about connecting to an irc channel via a web based interface. Had you read any of the first few links (I only checked a few) returned by the previously mentioned search you'd know how to do that. If you wanted to ask perl questions you could post them here like you have in the past.
