By 'execute a Firefox bookmark' do you mean load a URL you have bookmarked within the browser? If so then no, you can't do that purely with WWW::Mechanize. Also WWW::Mechanize doesn't deal with JavaScript. See WWW::Mechanize::Firefox or Using WWW::Selenium To Test Or Automate An Ajax Website regards automating web browsers.
