Can someone explain what the below statements mean?I looked at the usage doc,quite confusing 

pod2usage ( -verbose => $help ) if $help;
pod2usage ( -verbose => 1 ) unless scalar @services;
pod2usage ( -verbose => 1 ) unless $operation and $message and $owner;
