I can't get that far, but yeah, I have an idea, that is a FAQ, see site:perlmonks.org can't locate loadable object, can't locate loadable object

Save as dllinfo.bat 

call objdump -p %* |grep DLL.Name

[download]
and use as dllinfo .../Clownfish.dll to see which .dlls it wants, so you can add the paths to those dlls in %PATH%
