Brock Wilcox gave a nice talk comparing POE, AnyEvent, Reflex and Coro at YAPC::NA 2011. He doesn't seem to have posted his slides, but he might if you asked. I hear 3/4 of the YAPC videos are nearly done, so his talk may end up at Presenting Perl.

My Reflex talk slides are already online. Barring technical difficulties, video with an earlier version of the slides will also be uploaded to Presenting Perl.
