Without restating everything that I wrote previously regarding OSCON, I wanted to again poll my fellow monks to find out who is going to the O'Reilly Open Source Convention / The Perl Conference 5 since the time (July 23-27) is drawing nearer.

I can't possibly put into words the excitement I feel for going to meet so many other Perl monks/hackers all in one place. (my local Perl Mongers group seems to meet only semi-anually these days, and last turnout was only 3 others): (and wouldn't you know I found out about PM and joined the group the meeting after merlyn was there as a guest... speaking of merlyn; can I reserve one of those T-shirts? ;)

As stated before, I haved placed a table of attendees on my homenode listing names and whether or not spouses / significant others will be also accompanying (Thanks to crazyinsomniac for finding discrepencies in the table colors with certain schemes). Either /msg me with info on you and spouse/SO or use the handy-dandy form at the bottom of the table and I will add you to the list.

If you have a spouse/SO accompanying you and they will be looking for something to do while you are attending sessions or tutorials or for that matter, if you know someone who is attending that is not a perlmonk, and will have an OSCON widow accompanying them /msg me with contact information.

Davorg mentioned that he had filled out the form to set up a perlmonks BOF, but hadn't heard anything back yet, so if anyone has any info on a perlmonks BOF, /msg me and I'll add it to my homenode as well.
