    There is no "align" attribute for <UL> tags that I know of. Using CSS you can using padding and margins for positioning, but is dicey depending on browser.

    This is not a Perl issue. It's a browser issue. Use a style sheet.

    Have you tried wrapping a left-aligning div around the ul, inside the centering div?

    We're not really tightening our belts, it just feels that way because we're getting fatter.
