There is no "align" attribute for `<UL>` tags that I know of. Using CSS you can using padding and margins for positioning, but is dicey depending on browser. —Brad "Don't ever take a fence down until you know the reason it was put up. " G. K. Chesterton	[reply] [d/l]

This is not a Perl issue. It's a browser issue. Use a style sheet. Abigail	[reply]

Have you tried wrapping a left-aligning div around the ul, inside the centering div? We're not really tightening our belts, it just feels that way because we're getting fatter.	[reply]
