    So what do you want us to do about it?

    If the man command itself doesn't work, then you're not dealing with a Perl question. See the documentation of your operating system, or ask in a relevant forum.

    If the man commond is working, but you don't know how to generate a manpage, see your previous post for perl-related answers, look at the documentation of your operating system, or ask in a relevant forum.
