Brilliant!! You have a special gift. :) A few years back my boss ordered our whole team to read and understand Start with Why by Simon Sinek ... or, at the very least, watch his Ted talk. For me, your genius interpretation notwithstanding, the key thing missing from our anonymonk's eccentric question is the why.	[reply]
