Since $A++ is typically used as a "see you later" sign-off, I suppose you might try adding some sort of farewell emoji; the only one I could find was a waving hand.

BTW, I had no luck rendering flag emojis, presumably because most platforms understandably don't want to become embroiled in online political brawls (e.g. displaying of country flags while wars are raging). See also: Flag emojis not rendering (SO).

Some examples: `🙋‍♂️` `1F64B 200D 2642 FE0F` `♂️` [sex] `🙋🏾` `1F64B 1F3FE` [skin tone] `🙋🏼‍♀️` `1F64B 1F3FC 200D 2640 FE0F` `♀️` [skin tone & sex] And, no doubt, with your (much better than my) Segoe UI Emoji font, you could make them young, old, bald, red-headed, bearded, bespectacled, and so on. `☺️` "I had no luck rendering flag emojis" Are you using `U+1F1E6 REGIONAL INDICATOR SYMBOL LETTER A` through `U+1F1FF REGIONAL INDICATOR SYMBOL LETTER Z`? How about 🙋 U+1F64B HAPPY PERSON RAISING ONE HAND? Oh yes, that's much better! - the other one 👋 can apparently be used to "snarkily end a conversation (or an entire relationship) with someone who is bothering you". Are you using `U+1F1E6 REGIONAL INDICATOR SYMBOL LETTER A` through `U+1F1FF REGIONAL INDICATOR SYMBOL LETTER Z`? I believe so. For the Swedish flag I tried `U+1F1F8 U+1F1EA` because I wanted to see how the Swedish flag looked as a plus sign in an `$A++` emoji ... but was bitterly disappointed to see it rendered not as a flag with a nice plus sign in the middle, but as a boring `SE`, as you will probably see in the next paragraph: Swedish flag: 🇸🇪 If you know how to render it as a flag with a plus sign, please post it as a reply. 👁️🍾👍🦟	[reply] [d/l] [select]

bitterly disappointed to see it rendered not as a flag with a nice plus sign in the middle, but as a boring SE, as you will probably see in the next paragraph FWiW, in that next paragraph I see a nicely-rendered Swedish flag (yellow Nordic cross on a blue field). 🦛	[reply]

On my desktop, I see it as the letters SE, on my mobile I see it as flag. Perhaps it is a question of fonts.	[reply]

Thanks hippo, soonix and kcott for your replies! Much clearer now. In summary, it seems you can't rely on a flag being displayed. Curiously, on my Android 11 (circa 2020) phone, and an older Android tablet I had lying around, the flags are displayed perfectly; on my more recent `Windows 11` and `Ubuntu 22.04.1` no flag is displayed, just a two character country code.
