But, taking his advice, for example, perl send email using Microsoft Exchange Server finds How do I send E-mail via the Microsoft exchange server?, says try OLE automation ... probably not what you're looking for

Another ty of mail exchange -> finds email exchange with a candidate of EWS but it has no "send" mentioned anywhere

Also finds email through Exchange server using StrawberryPerl which tries to use Mail::Sender by Jenda, which maybe possibly could work if you follow the docs...
