Probably, though I can't think of one immediately; however, it should be pretty easy to build one yourself, though. You'd probably want to:
As an alternative to the last one, you could create a cron job to review the files at some unearthly hour of the morning and then print the changed files to STDOUT. (According the the friendly manual, cron sends that to you as an email.)
(That presumes you're using a Unix box--or have installed an appropriate cron alternative if you're using some other OS.)
Of course, other alternatives are available. Just super search or review various repositories of Perl wisdom.
