https://api.blockchain.info provides all the functionality you need, no requirement for bitpay. Now you just have to address the other issues.	[reply]

yes i know. bt there several issues with blockchain. i know this can be done with blockchain balance_update api. am sure i know blockchain,block io, bitpay. so i have reason why to use bitpay to check payment	[reply]
