update: Shoot the messanger? I wanted to shoot dws there for a second, who seemed more approving than he should (it hurts me to see good monks with impaired judgment), but I by no mean wanted gav^ shot. Just, due to the lack of the smily (;) which you later filled in as your interpretation, I wanted to know what he really thought. Anyway, i'm glad we all understand each other now (and i'd have openly said --shooot-- him if that's what I meant ~ very rarely am I subtle ~ some people like not having to wonder)

As I had stated in my first reply, I think it was dumb of him to do this. He could have achieved virtually the same laugh without mucking up CPAN. I just thought there was a bit of the "shoot the messanger" in your first reply to gav^ but it was probably just me.
