I'd just like to add that I've found SQL Team to be very useful in optimizing a Microsoft SQL Server which I was (un)fortunate enough to work with recently.

I think this would also be a good time to highlight this recent thread (If the only forum you know is PM, every question look like a SoPW) which deals with similar issues.
