I don't know what your ISP/Web provider set up is, but you might be able to set up an alias for each questionable site that you visit. Since I'm the default recipient for my domain, I get domain E-Mail that doesn't have a specific alias or mail box. It's sometimes quite informative to see how a specific E-Mail alias has been used or :) mis-used.

And if something bad happens, you can simply point that alias to a bit bucket and never be bothered again.
