You mean by a perl program (run locally) or on a separate site? If the first than unfortunatelly it would not be available for me until I fix the problem with LWP and Microsoft Proxy :-(
I'm going to post the source, so obviously so you will be able to do it locally. Whether I'll also provide a public interface is something I change my mind about constantly.
