    One of us is missing the other's point. I was saying that you can be cookied for your own account with .org, cookied for the other with .net, and non-cookied with .com, so any solution involving accounts is not going to be any hinderance at all.

      I think what johnnyfolk is saying (and you are missing) is that viewing the node reputation when logged out would be desirable, and being able to view the node rep this easily is a "good thing"™.

        Then it makes no sense to have reputation hidden when logged in under an account, because it's too easy to get that information; which, incidentally, is what I said in my first post.
