Seems like I am going around in circles here. My latest error in trying to finalize installation of the image magick is:

ERROR from evaluation of C:\modperl_src/Makefile.PL: ERROR from evaluation of C:\modperl_src\Apache-Reload/Makefile.PL: Use of uninitialized value $v in substitution (s///) at Apache-Test/lib/Apache/TestRun.pm line 1100.

I believe I've seen this or something similar before. I googled my problem with installing image magick. I found a tip of changing some paths in makefile and then just running from there which I did and now trying to run the edited version of makefile.PL and came up with this error. I am at a total and complete loss at this point! I am beginning to wonder if it is possible to come up with a solution of this mess!!
