A database is a group of related tables. If I misspoke, I am sorry. I doubt anyone is as perfect as you.

What scripts do you want to see? There are 100 or more scripts in the program, none of which have anything to do with the problem I am talking about other than calling image magick. Since it works perfectly with the non-localhost server, script is not the problem especially in this case.
