This is as wrong as everything else you post. XML::LibXML opens HTML fine most of the time and can compensate, to a high degree, for invalid markup in recover mode. This is actually demonstrated in the nodes to which you replied but didn’t read or understand.

It’s almost impossible to imagine how much time you’ve wasted for other monks here.
