I mainly code HTML and JavaScript at work, I use Allaire's HomeSite 4.5.2, It also color codes perl very nicely. You can even customize the colors to your liking. It may not be the most robust, or 'perl specific' editor, but it gets the job done for me. I most enjoy the 'snipits' feature that lets you save chunks of code allowing you to use it again and again.
