When I try to compile my perl program (which utilizes the Perl/Tk GUI package) with perlcc I get the following message:

Note (probably harmless)no library found for 'oldnames.lib'

And this repeats for about twenty lines naming a bunch of *.lib files and then states 'the name specified is not recognized as an internal or external command, program, batch file.

If I just type perlcc, however, I do get the help if, so it's not a PATH problem.

I'm currently working off of my work machine (Windows NT 4 Service Pack 6) with ActiveState's Perl (perl version 5.6) and Tk 8.
