Again its just the simulation of my problem! run the script to get the idea!

im using loops! to get the values in to the hash! but the values are actually from Inputs from a user using POST method!

The %STUDQT are actually from a file! and yes using loop my script is 700+ lines, It would be not very nice if i were to include it all here would it!
