This is what I was looking for. I was trying to do something with Tie::IxHash the last 10 minutes. 
    my $t = Tie::IxHash->new(%hshFoo);
    my @keys = $t->Keys;
    $t->Reorder(@keys);
    $t->SortByKey;
    untie %hshFoo;

...or something
